• Track and trace, booking loads, searching loads ​through DAT One, DOFT and Amazon Relay ​loadboards, quoting, and dispatching drivers.
  

• Prepare and issue commercial invoices, packing list, ​BOL, waybills, rate confirmation to truckers and ​freight carriers for documentation.
  

• Maintaining and creating quotations and make sure all ​the quotation needed in rate sheet are available such ​as charges codes, rates, incoterms, origin and ​destination airport codes, product code and expiry ​date.
  

• Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely ​entry into the sales system.
  

• Assist in managing customer accounts, including ​updating contact information and tracking ​interactions.
  

• Maintain and update customer databases and sales ​records.
  

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ​ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
